HSI extends its drop to 500+ pts and is now at 25,528

[ET Net News Agency, 19 March 2026] The Hang Seng Index extended its fell to more than
500 points, or 507 points to 25,517. The Hang Seng Index now fell 497 points, or 1.9% to
25,527; with market turnover of 8.02b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now fell 139
points, or 1.6% to 8,695; the Hang Seng TECH Index now fell 101 points, or 2% to 5,006.
TENCENT (00700) now fell HK$27, or 4.9% to HK$523.5, with turnover of HK$2.07b; BABA-W
(09988) fell HK$5, or 3.6% to HK$132.7, with turnover of HK$802.33m; HSBC HOLDINGS (00005)
fell HK$3.6, or 2.8% to HK$124.3, with turnover of HK$71.62m. (ed)
