{I-bank focus}Citi raises Tencent (00700) to HKD787

[ET Net News Agency, 19 March 2026] Citi raised the target price for Tencent (00700) to
HKD787 from HKD783 and maintained the "buy" rating.
The research house said while Tencent may not be a first mover in the AI race, it has a
proven history of entering markets later than industry incumbents and ultimately emerging
as a leader, as demonstrated in gaming, social networking and payment. (rc)
