There were 851 short-selling stocks. XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and XIAOMI-W (01810) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.53 billion and HK$4.42 billion, or 9.18% and 8.94% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 21.21% and 37.19% of respective stock's turnover.
TRACKER FUND (02800) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$4.25 billion and HK$1.63 billion of short sales, accounting for 8.61% and 3.31% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 27.38% and 9.65% of respective stock's turnover.
