There were 869 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.97 billion and HK$3.66 billion, or 10.36% and 7.63% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 31.63% and 43.14% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$2.51 billion and HK$2.48 billion of short sales, accounting for 5.22% and 5.18% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 20.29% and 21.28% of respective stock's turnover.
