港府為港人提供了不少服務，但今時有個極重大的服務要做，就是有兩位身帶新冠病毒的美領事館員工，未能被隔離，仍在社區行走。對香港市民健康帶來極大威脅。

　　領事人員是有不少的豁免權，但身帶病毒，就是否可豁免隔離，美國領事館的一則通函似乎如是說(見下文「美領事通函」)。

　　美國領事館函當然不會惡到話美領館人員可不受隔離，但就話:留意到港府的檢疫隔離政策，是會將父母與子女隔離。言外之意是:父母為了不與子女分隔，可以不接受隔離?

　　美領事館此說不是無腦，只是強辭啫。

　　(1)可以父母子女共處一室去做隔離的，咁就一人染病，全家得福囉，不逐個隔離，講出來，都畀人話蠢啦!點解咁蠢都講?

　　(2)為那兩位「走佬」員工尋個堂皇理由去開脫點解「走佬」咁吖，那兩位帶病毒領事員工，不到政府指定地點隔離，而是闔家去美領館或總領事家中做隔離都可以。係，就全港人都感激你，美領館會嗎?

　　(3)講將父母與子女分隔?美國政府最無資格講，走佬去到美國的墨西哥難民，父母跟子女不是被硬性隔離?他們不帶病毒也要被隔離，你美領館有何理由謂帶有病毒的美領事員工父母，不應與其子女隔離?真想全家福定全家仆?

帶病毒者不可通街走

　　美領館怎做怎講，他們事，港府要做的是防疫在這個維護全港人的大前提下，港府應要求:

　　(1)你美領館搞掂佢，一定不可讓該兩名帶病毒者，通街走；

　　(2)如不合作，24小時內都亞之亞左，叫中央外交部下驅逐令，趕該兩員帶病毒者離港。

　　港府一定不要怕事，嚴正跟進，港府今時容許帶病毒的美領館員工周街走，下周英國領館、日本領館、菲律賓領館有員工被檢陽性，又是否可以不受隔離通街走?

　　今天文短，因為只講一點，請港府要為港人服務。如服務了，請出個告港人書，讓港人放心。

美領事通函

　　Message for U.S. Citizens：U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau（March 15, 2021）Location：Hong Kong

　　Events：On March 15, 2021 the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macau was informed that two Consulate General employees tested positive for COVID-19. We have closed the Consulate General to perform a deep disinfection and cleaning while contact tracing is conducted. The Consulate employees that tested positive for COVID-19 do not work in offices that interact with the public. We are aware that many U.S. citizens in Hong Kong are concerned about local government testing, quarantine, and hospitalization procedures, particularly in regard to the possible separation of children from their parents. The U.S. Consulate General is actively addressing these concerns at the highest levels of the Hong Kong government to advocate for the U.S. citizen community. We urge U.S. citizens in Hong Kong to comply with all instructions from the Hong Kong Center for Health Protection.
