HSBC Global Research kept the target price for CIMC Enric (03899) to HKD8.7 and maintained the "buy" rating.
The research house said it assumes a larger decline in revenue for the chemicals segment. It lowers revenue growth rate assumption from 15% to 10% for the liquid food segment due to a prolonged delay in several new projects.
